Return Eligibility & Time Frame
- You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed.
- In the same condition you received them.
- In the original packaging (including tags, labels, and any accessories that came with the product).
If an item shows signs of wear, damage, stains, or strong odors, we may not be able to accept your return.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team:

- Include:
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you want to return.
- The reason for your return.
- Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect).
Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide the return address or additional instructions if needed.
Refund Process & Timing
- We’ll email you to confirm that we’ve received your return.
- We’ll then approve or reject your refund based on the condition of the item and compliance with this policy.
- If approved, your refund can be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund timing: Please allow up to 20-25 days after approval for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement (processing times may vary by bank or payment provider).
- Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
Exchanges(Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item)
We’re happy to help if there’s a problem with your order. You can request an exchange if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective, or
- You received the wrong product, size, or design.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For quality, hygiene, and licensing reasons, some products cannot be returned or refunded, except where they arrive damaged or defective:

- Certain personalized or custom items (e.g., products with custom names, messages, or designs).
- Items that are used, washed, or not in their original condition/packaging.
- Items Returned Without Authorization.
- Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.
- Returns sent without prior communication may be rejected.
